About Us

The White Civil Advocacy Project is a newly formed non-profit organization. We are a non-partisan advocacy group responding to the rising racial tensions in American public life.

Mission: Our mission is to make White advocacy socially acceptable, politically relevant, and free from economic repercussion. We will lay the groundwork and pave the way for a new generation of professional and effective White advocacy in the United States.

Modern America has an entire body of Civil Rights laws, corporate and governmental policies, and other procedural infrastructure that have been engaged by a vast array of racial, religious, and other interest groups. WCAP exists to take part in this and represent the interests of Americans of European descent (Whites).

Through public outreach, dialogue with policy makers, private sector support, educational partnerships, and more, the WCAP will normalize and promote advocacy for White people in all areas of American life.

The WCAP has been duly organized as 501(c)(4) social advocacy organization based in the state of Delaware. A board of 3 members will oversee an executive team which will solicit volunteers for the performance of WCAP projects.

Definition

For our purposes, we are adopting the definition of “White” simply as employed by the United States Federal Government in the OMB’s Statistical Policy Directive No 15, which reads:

The minimum categories for data on race and ethnicity for Federal statistics, program administrative reporting, and civil rights compliance reporting are defined as follows:

White. Individuals with origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, including, for example, English, German, Irish, Italian, Polish, and Scottish.
