About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and organized professional to coordinate international heritage preservation projects. You’ll work closely with local communities, researchers, and partner organizations to ensure projects are delivered on time and in alignment with Ancestra Trust’s values.

Requirements:

Degree in Cultural Heritage, Anthropology, or Project Management
3+ years of experience in cultural or nonprofit project coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in sustainable preservation practices

Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and execution of field and archival preservation initiatives
Coordinate communication between local partners, experts, and institutions
Manage project timelines, reporting, and documentation
Support grant writing and donor reporting activities
